For K-12 and private schools

Facebook ads for schools that fill enrolments, not inboxes

I run Facebook ads for schools that need enquiries which turn into tours and enrolments. A 3-step funnel, fast follow-up, and ads judged on what happens after the lead.

What changes with school enrollment ads done properly

1. Parents who actually pick up

A page with qualifying questions replaces cheap lead forms, so your admissions team talks to families who are serious.

2. Judged on enrolments, not cost per lead

I report on connected calls, attended bookings and enrolments. A higher cost per lead is fine if more of them enrol.

3. Follow-up that happens in minutes

SMS reminders and fast follow-up, because speed to lead is what gets people on the phone.

4. You talk to the person doing the work

No account managers or juniors. One media buyer, a handful of clients, and you hear what changed before you ask.

How it works

The same funnel I use for every education client, tuned to your school.

  1. 1

    Onboarding and research

Your school, your intakes, your numbers, and what's been tried before.

  2. 2

    Build the funnel

Ad → page with qualifying questions → booked call, plus SMS reminders so people actually show up.

  3. 3

    First ad batch

Different personas, offers and angles tested against each other. On the same funnel, show rates can range from 12% to 80%+ depending on that mix.

  4. 4

Keep what works, cut what doesn't every 7–14 days

Turn off losing ads, make new ones around the winning persona, and fix the page where people drop off.

  5. 5

    Scale

More spend on what's proven, once connected calls and enrolments are where they need to be.

Questions people ask

What does it cost?

From $750 a month for one platform and one campaign. A funnel build, if you need one, is quoted on the call. Ad spend is paid directly to Meta from your own account.

Why is your cost per lead higher than other agencies?

Because cheap leads rarely enrol. One school paid 192% more per lead than Meta's benchmark and still turned about $2k of ad spend into $36k of enrolments in the first month.

Do you use Meta lead forms?

Rarely. Instant forms give cheap volume, but most of those people never pick up and your team burns out chasing them. I send people to a page with qualifying questions and a booking step instead.

Do we need a CRM or SMS?

It helps a lot. Email barely gets read now; SMS reminders and fast follow-up are what lift connection and show rates. If you don't have a CRM, I usually set people up on GoHighLevel.

Do I have to sign a long contract?

No. Month to month after an initial three-month setup period. You keep the ad account, the pixel, the creative and the data.

What happens on the call?

15 minutes. I'll look at your current ads and funnel beforehand, tell you what I'd change and why, and you decide if you want help doing it.
